Nae bother. It was the nearest one to where we lived in Greenock so sprung to mind. We got a bag today.
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

is that a salad with no greenery in it?
i finally got some blue tatties, blue salad, and got them on the internet, from northern ireland, tried again the other day, some ropey looking edzel blue was all i could track down in a 20mile radius, and the ones i got were free delivery,so over 40% cheaper than any on this side of the water,OH still pulling faces at the idea of blue food, but have you seen the colour of some of those face packs, they would scare a panzer division....

Well todays was the day. The haulms had all died back and the grandaughter was with us.

I asked if she would like to help harvest some spuds, you should have seen her face when they came up purple.

I have to say not a bad harvest from one seed potato, I never bothered with anymore as I hadn't got the room.
