Hi all - I am new to this forum lark, forgive any etiquette bloomers.
In the past I have grown butternut squash quite successfully in terms of yield, but unfortunately the texture of my squashes was slightly floury rather than what I expected from my experience of shop bought ones. Does anyone have any idea why this is or has had the same problem?
