That is the question. I know they are a bush type, so I guess I should leave them do their thing? Or would I get fruit much earlier by pinching the sideshoots?
I grow them every year in hanging baskets and never pinch or anything, they branch out nicely but don't grow very long (I would say tall but as they're tumbling over the sides of the baskets it's more of a long ). Mine are still pretty small though so I couldn't pinch them out yet any way

Well they are a bush type so I'd have thought you could support them OK as you do with any others of that variety, I've just never tried
