This is one of my new jobs. Have dug up chillis and pepper plants this morning and potted them up ready to bring in tomorrow. Quite excited actually as these plants were brilliant this year, if a little slow to get going. I want to keep them as I'm fond of them and don't want to start again next year with new ones - I'm weird I know, but I can't help it! Do you all chop yours down or keep them as they are?You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...
I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

Finished potting up the last of my chilli plants yesterday, but both my chilli and peper plants still flowering and producing fruit at the moment, so waiting a bit longer before giving them their winter haircutWhat do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
Pumpkin pi.

I've brought three Pyramid Rainbow chillies inside to try overwintering - cut off all the remaining chillies and pruned back. I have not yet re-potted them. They are now showing some new growth and I'm not sure if this is a god thing or not? Should I repot in fresh compost? Move to a cooler spot? More light/less light?
I'd love to keep them alive as I didn't save any seed this year!
