Planting brussel sprouts

I have just found a packet of seeds i never knew i had, would it be too late to plant them, i have the use of a green house if that would help

He or she is on about sowing BS seeds, not actually planting brussel sprouts straight off the stem.
I mean, who in their right mind would do that?

Seeing as you've already got the seeds you might as well use them, all you have to lose is a bit of time and compost.

thank you, i planted mine today, 12 seeds so hopefully i might get one that takes, talking of crazy experiments i am tempted to try and get shop brought cut flowers to grow in compost

Carnations can be grown from cut flowers If you look for the little Pipings/side shoots where the leaf joins the stem, pull them off and put them in water - hey presto, new plants

Carnations and chrysanths look lovely amongst the holly and the ivy...............
