Can you put cucumber-chilli- tom in the same grow bag

I wouldn't, personally. They need slightly different growing conditions.

I'd say the chilli would drown in the amount of drink the other two would need.

Could you put a few bricks under one end of the growbag where the chilli is planted, to raise it up a bit and improve the drainage (water would head down towards the lower end)? Just an idea, I don't use grow bags .

I'd say the cucumber would climb up the tomato and shade the chilli.
Empty your growbag into 3 pots and pot each one up separately.
