Swede in modules

I have been growing some swede in modules and was wondering if I should pot them on or plant straight out?

What size modules, and how big are the plants? Picture would be good.

Modules are 4cm sq and 5cm deep.

I see. I assumed from your post that they were getting big.

You can't really plant out at that stage, they only have seed leaves. You could leave them in those very small modules till they have about 4 true leaves and then plant out, or you could pot into bigger pots or modules when they have two true leaves.

The other thing is that they are root crops, so you don't want to damage the roots during transplanting. Transplanting twice doubles the risk of root damage!

I wasn't planning to do anything with them just yet, was just wondering what was the best thing to do with them.
