Does anyone know what pest / bug this is?

Hi all,

I noticed one of my Shallots was looking rather weak, so I decided to take a closer look and found some of these bugs.

I'm not sure at all what they are, so any help or advice would be good. Are they a bad thing?

Looks like a spotted snake millipede to me.
