Sounds totally scrummy Gimmee some ... my leeks are nowhere near and still waiting on tomatoes to properly fruit Can swap you broad beans, french climbing beans, mizuma, peas and tiny courgettes if you like... Looking askance at the cucumber and beetroot though

Picked my first Courgette Striato d'Italia - a little wonky as you would expect from me Also the first Mountaineer half tall runner beans (the green ones). The yellow ones are Minidor yellow bush beans but they don't count as the first as I've already picked some of them.

        RASPBERRIES!!

Didn't even know I had them at the back of the plot. Thought I just had a lot of brambles but they turned out to be raspberries.

Kohlrabi. First time I've grow or eaten the stuff. It's like a big radish, with just a whiff of cabbage about it. Nice enough...

                    • Dwarf French Beans of unknown variety today. Sun Gold and Sun Cherry tomatoes are colouring now - have picked 2!! Also had a St Valerie Carrot!
While wearing your night clothes, plant cucumbers on the 1st May before the sun comes up, and they will not be attacked by bugs.

                              • My first ever round courgette - and its a little sweetie
Its a Tondo di Piacenza. Quite a mouthful of a name but very appropriate for a rather large mouth
