peppers in Greenhouse

Some of my pepper plants have leaves that are limp and the compost has a green film on it.Help

Sounds like over watering. Would be worth tipping one out of it's pot and looking at the roots. They should be white. If they are brown then they have rotted off. You could carefully shake off the old compost, repot in some fresh and hope for the best. Another root problem could be something eating the roots, such as vine weevil larvae, but I've never had them in peppers before.

Peppers like dry ish conditions. You seem to be describing overwatering. Maybe too often.......

You're overwatering, and probably your spot is too shady too. Chillies like very sunny, dryish conditions, as said above.
