    he's a bit of a looker isn't he?
as far as I know toads or frogs don't eat plants mainly insects.
Toads eat insects, grubs, slugs, worms, and other invertebrate.
They can eat vegetables and fruit if kept as pets but in the garden they eat insects and creepy crawlies.
Anything that eats slugs has gotta be on your side!!!

In fact knowing that I might invest in a toad pond, but next doors cat might have a say in that!! However it turns out toads can poison cats maybe killing them, not sure my neighbour would like that!

Excellent! A toad is a huge asset to you. Eats slugs.

He's not half as handsome as the frog I found in near the compost pallet bin the other day. (bit worried that I'd starting to find frogs attractive)

Next door's cat's are ahead of you here and are well aware that toads taste revolting and are poisonous. Both toads and cats are safe.

Try kissing the next one you find!
Is there anything that isn't made better by half an hour pottering in the veg patch?
