What can I plant right now?

One of my clients has a large vegetable/fruit patch (raised beds, and a roof of birdnetting)

All veg are grown using the high brix method, and fertilizers used are AACT, worm humis, volcanic rock dust, seaweed/algae extract and fish hyrolosate.

currently, there are peas (nearing it's end), courgettes, tomatoes (busy forming fruit), carrots, spinach, sweet potato (one plant), brinjals, potatoes, chilli, herbs (parsley etc),

today, I removed all the rocket, as it was starting to bolt .... I will also remove the carrots on saturday as they are nearing their end

what can I plant right now? .... I will not plant from seed, but will get plug plants from a local garden centre

She has made mention that she would love some broccoli, and they love peas (they are vegetarians) ... is there still time to plant these? .... I'm not sure whats available at the garden centre and will only pop in on saturday morning
