If they are not pollinated then this can cause them to drop off.
Try the hand pollination and also misting the plants with water which helps (never understood why this works by the way).
If they are dropping off and fruits have set this can be down to over watering - the advice being water when they ask for it (drooping) and not before.
Be aware also that some flowers dropping off is perfectly normal early in the plants life cycle and you have 2-3 months for some more in the greenhouse/windowsill so be patient.
