Seed leaves tend to be round and flat, to get as much energy to the roots as possible, true leaves will look like minaiture versions of the plant. You can transplant tomatoes with seed leaves, as seen here:
So you should be okay, they tend to droop or shrivel a bit sometimes if you helf them by the stem and not the leaf but sometimes they're just getting use to the new conditions.
