When to stop feeding tomatoes

I am going to carry on feeding for another month an hang in there for the Indian summer. I got the in late this year, so lets get out of them the most I can.

I have been feeding mine a little with tomato feed, they I have already fed them a little natural liquid fertiliser, and I have fine big plants, lovely big plants in fact.

But no big ripe or ripening toms yet (had a few of the small cherry type).

So I thought the tom fertiliser might help the fruit ripen, however I have no proof it will,
it might do the opposite.

Last year I thought the fertiliser was turning some of the lower leaves black or at least
a very very dark green, so I stopped using it.
