  • What variety of Melon is this

    Can anyone identify this melon, I lost the label and don't have a clue what it is.

            Funny you should all say that. I grew a "melon" a couple of years ago which turned out to be a round courgette - It deffo said melon on the packet but it certainly wasn't. Perhaps we both bought the same "wrong?" seed.

                That looks really like the tondo courgette I had for tea.
                While wearing your night clothes, plant cucumbers on the 1st May before the sun comes up, and they will not be attacked by bugs.

                  Are the hairs on the leaves soft or rather prickly? From the varieties of courgettes and melons I have grown, the courgette leaves are rough and prickly but melon ones much softer.
