What is happening to my spinach

Hello every one can anyone tell me what is happening to my spinach with the marks that have appeared today have I done something wrong I'm very new at this

Can't zoom in enough to see if it is a mould, a leaf miner or scorch marks. Assuming it is outside did you water in full sun and splash the leaves? Then it could be scorch.

Hello no I water it every night just before the sun has gone down. I it came up so quick I first noticed it this morning.

Yes it's outside ah maybe I've over watered it will the spinach need to be thrown out or can I save it do you think. As I'm new to all this I think this year will be very much trial and error

Just leave it alone now. With luck it will recover from its drowning and put out new leaves.
Outdoor plants rarely need to be watered apart from when they are planted out or if they're in pots. You'll learn to tell by the look of the leaves, or the feel of the soil when they need watering.
