Broccoli Seedlings

My broccoli seedlings, which I planted about 10 days ago, have grown tall and thin, and now fallen over. Is this normal? If not, can I rescue them somehow, or will I have to pull them up and try again?

Sounds like too little sun, you could when replanting them, plant them deeper up to the seed leaves and see if they take.

It may have been all the wind and rain we've had over the last few daysJnet, leave them & see how they go.
