Certainly can, in fact, I always pick sweet corn to eat immediately, or if I've picked more than I can eat on that day, freeze it at once. You can either defrost it or cook from frozen (I find the latter keeps the cobs slightly sweeter).

Eaten raw srtaight from the cob is the only way. I grew some outside and stuck some in the greenhouse border. The ones outside haven't done much but I'm enjoying eating the indoor ones!

Thanks I have put the rest into the freezer. I do love sweetcorn! I would to save some for later on. I hope the rest of them grow the same as theses one's.
