  • Growing pumpkins off the ground

I had a bit of a whoops moment over the summer when I realised I had planted a pumpkin on a trellis by mistake. As it turns out I appear to have inadvertently conducted a garden experiment which you can read all about on my blog

The Good Life - Well Maybe!: The great pumpkin debacle !

    Have a great weekend

This year I grew jack be little and spaghetti squash up tripods from old branches and they grew really well, they could have as space as they needed without covering a large amount of ground, I stole the idea from gardeners world though, I'm definitely going to do it again

I routinely grow butternuts up arches and the higher the fruits the bigger they seem to end up
