Hi everyone,
I have what is probably a daft question. I've just bought my broad beans and peas for autumn sowing. I was wondering if it would be okay to sow them in my root trainers and in the propagator? I used this method for all my beans and peas back in May/June time. It gave me a really good germination rate. I realise I'd have to harden them off before planting down on the allotment. But I then wondered if sowing them this way would actually cause the plants problems through the winter.
Any advice on this?
Thanks in advance! LF
