Another of my crazy experiments in growing veggies from scraps. This time its asparagus 
I've just put the bottom 2" of some bought asparagus stalks and a couple of untrimmed spears into water.
Can't find anything on the net about it being possible but....if you don't try, you'll never know
Anyone else up for trying this?
