While there I sowed Scarlet Emperor runner beans. These will be for Bill on the plot who sowed his but got eaten by the slugs!
Also sowed "Red Drumhead" cabbage and 4 more "marketmore" cuecumbers.

We'd had a delivery of scaffold boards to the allotment 4 have now made their way to my plot. They'll be the making of a raised bed. Did a bit of weeding and harvested some radish. Looked around, mooched about a bit.
I've put this on wrong thread lol

Cauliflower Snowball for me today. I have nowhere to put them but got some free seeds when I bought 2 other packets. I suppose I'd better eat something to make some spaceA life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP. - Leonard Nimoy

Sowed the squash that have been chitting for 2 days - yellow courgette, and winter festival squash. The honey bear squash seeds have plumped up but no sign of chitting. I don't have much success with these.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land

All my beetroot has come up and been promptly eaten by the little bug(g*r)s that are rife at lottie this year. So yesterday I sowed more beetroot, but in seed trays. Never done it this way but gotta beat the beetles!
