Shamefully not started any seeds yet........hoping to start toms aubergine and chilli over the weekend. Maybe broad beans. Which should prob have been in before now (I'm a polytunnel grower) ....and maybe chit some first early casablanca potatoes for an early early batch.......
Oh and hello....) lurking I the shadows for long enough.......brilliant forum !!
Yesterday I sowed some french parsley and salad bowl lettuce mix in the propagator and 2 snackbite orange peppers in the airing cupboard. Both the Shirley tomato seeds are showing signs of germination
Inspired by a fresh salad for lunch, sowed more pak choi and spinach in the propagator. Baby leaves from earlier sowings of thse are edible after just a month.
Took on board some good advice on here and invested in a heated prop yesterday. So today i've sown some more chilli seeds - Tobasco, Naga Jolokia, Scotch Bonnet and Hungarian Hot Wax. I've left the ones I originally sowed into dishes and covered with cling film, so I'm looking forward to seeing which method germinates the best
Not started anything yet
Hopefully getting a new greenhouse in the next couple of months as my current plastic one is starting to collapse.
Not really got anywhere indoors to sow so am hoping to just sow directly into ground starting end February to march.
