Comfrey advice

Hi, have been given the chance to have another half plot at my allotment site. Not next to my plot but just a stones throw. Actually cross a plot and up one. Anyway the plot has a massive Comfrey plant. Was wondering what the best way to use it, what on and what strength.
Also does the plant need any care or anything special to help along over winter?

Comfrey is as tough as old boots. It will die back over winter and shoot again in the Spring.
