Growing crops to feed guinea pigs?

A friend of mine has got guinea pigs. Are there any crops I can grow which they can enjoy as part of their diet?

I have GPs too, had them years. Actually, they prefer the waste scraps and weeds, to vegetables. Most of their diet should be grass (or hay in the winter), but they love 'extras' and it's much better for them than dry kibble
