Comfrey?

Update, I've put leaves in water in a bucket, waiting for the 'smell'.

Did you say it does have white spots on the leaves, or is that the Blue Akawhatist?

I took a couple more pics yesterday, will upload from iPhone.

I'm pretty sure that if it has spots it's Blue Alkanet, not comfrey.

Just to let you know, it isn't Comfrey, put it in water, after few weeks just smelt like,leaves rotting in water. but the plant has now produced blue flowers, not like comfrey flowers, so must be Blue Alkanite, as a couple of you said.
