I think I might have leggy sprout seedlings, they have just been on the back bench where there isnt much light buy I its the only spare room I have atm and they are not looking well at all. Ive managed to squeeze them in somewhere but should I just start more seeds off and scrap them or can these be revived?

It sounds like lack of light. Normally you should be sowing the seeds about now depending on where you live. Sprouts are reasonably cold tolerant. I would try and save them (given your lack of space / light) by putting them outside against the most protected wall of your house during the day. Take them inside at night. The cold may kill them, though it might not. Leaving them where they are will definitely kill them.

when you resow just keep them outside under a cloche is good enough or even a bit of fleece or bubble wrap. I sow mine in a six inch pot and once the first true leaves show i gently seperate them out. Brassicas thrive on being repottedThey dont need to be molly codled
