I'm on hols for 2 weeks starting Sunday and I've managed to persuade myself to wait until I get back for most things. I'll get a few hardy seeds in the allotment tomorrow then have a mad rush at the end of the month as soon as it stops snowing.
My gardening blog: In Spades, last update 30th April 2018.

It's brightening up lovely here yay! I'm off out in a bit armed with the seeds that are recommended to be planted outside in this month and only them! I'm trusting the seed suppliers wisdom!
You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...

I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

I'm waiting too. Last year was ok, but we had a 'proper' winter here. Looking back through photos from 2011/12 winter reminds me that this year is going much the same so far and we had a couple of foot of snow in April 2012...
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
