Over the weekend I did a big vat of chicken and chard curry (always cook the stems for longer than the leaves if they're bigger ones) for the freezer and some chard pesto for serving with pasta. Both really yummy and still have loads left. Have just sown some new plants but am tempted to just move the one I've got to where I want them as they're doing so well with the mild winter

I lifted my dalek compost bin yesterday to re-site it and there was a rainbow of chard on top of the compost.
