I've been doing a bit of reading, you can grow it indoors in 8-10 days ready for juicing. However, it's supposed to take 200 days to be ready for the best taste/nutrition and is usually grown in Kansas.
Just wondering if anyone is growing any? I was thinking maybe growing it outside more slowly but I read about it needed 16 hours of sunlight a day
