Ideas for empty bed

Hi all

I have one empty bed which I dug over last Autumn (it had strawberry plants in it) and have left covered until now. The soil is quite free flowing and silty, plenty of grit in there. I was informed that it had been used as a bed for carrots originally. What can I grow in it again (other than carrots:rolleyes).... bit stuck really!
I haven't put any manure or added anything to it as I really don't know what to use this bed for. HELP!!

I'd use it for whatever I don't have enough space for elsewhere. What do you like eating and never have enough of?
