Is it io early to put chillis in a cold greenhouse from a heated probagator.

I usually put mine in, in around 3 weeks time!

If your last frost date is over - check the weather forecast and if it's in double digits during the night then you can (or near enough). But, you do need to aclimatise (sp?) them first..
