            Purple sprouting, though technically it grew last year.

            Of this years produce I've picked salad leaves and pea shoots.
            I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

                yups, been PSb for me as well. Still think it is the stoopidist crop to grow given the time it needs to be in the ground but it is sooooooh delish. Not (going to admit) growing it ever again

                  I like it over the other forms of calabrese as there are rarely any pests on it because its so early in the season to crop.
                  I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

                      Picked my first Rhubarb last week, it was forced (Well i didn't expect it to go voluntarily)

                          Rhubarb! Which I immediately donated to my neighbour because I don't really like rhubarb. But it insists on growing in my garden, so I kind of just leave it to it.

                          Also, spring onions! You know, the ones I planted out last July and are only just starting to reach pencil thickness...

                            Maybe you just haven't found the right recipe yet catgirl, heres a guardian link for 10 uses of Rhubarb.

                            If all else fails you can turn it into alcohol....
