started sprouting for the first time ....

simple and fast (4 days and you eat).... had my 1st batch last night .... organic mung beans

.... loads of stuff can be sprouted (microgreens), and is becoming very popular in upmarket restaurants

Snap! Though also put some in the freezer, cooked and bagged in single portions for my yoghurt.

Generally it's been herbs for me this year, though I did pick my first lettuce by accident.
Is there anything that isn't made better by half an hour pottering in the veg patch?
