Is this a cauli, a white sprouting broccoli, some sort of flowering kale or who knows what?

Well I grow a purple cauli, (franchi seeds) harvest the main head and then harvest the mini side shoots similar to sprouting broccoli.
So my guess it's cauli. Give it a taste test and let us know. -
