I have these slips off some spuds from aldi just an experiment really. They were doing great but now seem very unhappy and I can't see them making the allotment. Are they done for do you think ? space is at a premium on the window sills at the moment so tempted to throw them

I'm no expert as I only tried them once and nothing happened but I'm sure I've read on here that you need to keep them in a greenhouse as they are a bit like aubergines and won't cope well outside. Do you have a greenhouse at your allotment?
I'm sure someone who knows what they're talking about will be along to help soon

Unless there are some aphids lurking that looks like some fungal disease or another on the leaves. These usually take hold where there is poor ventilation, and judging by your crowded windowsill this could be the case! I would remove the leaves asap and try to get a bit more air around the plants. I guess spacing them out isn't an option? Never grown sweet potatoes before so I don't know about their long term future.
