        You could always treat it your self SBP with one of the friendly presertvatives. As I said I'm not sure what they use these days but I know that the tanalising process did use nasty chemicals. They may well be ok now but I searched quite a few websites and couldn't find any reference to what they used.

          Thanks nick - I've previously wondered about it when we had a new fence put up. Well I've bought the 'gravel boards' now, so que cera cera! As I get older I get slightly less fussy....
