I'm guessing nettle tea, like comfrey tea has quite a lengthy shelf life. I've been using bindweed root tea that started brewing over a year ago; the smell makes nettle tea seem positively aromatic but so far the strawberries and garlic are loving it.

Never heard of bindweed tea? But I have enough to open a brewery with the amount of bindweed I have

I read that you can make tea out of any weeds, deep rooted ones are best as they can reach parts other plants can't. I now make tea from the weeds I dont want to put on the compost.
