Help me identify this plant please

Hi all! Long time lurker, not often a poster.

I've been given this and told its name begins with 'b', it flowers and attracts butterflies.

I would really appreciate any help on what it is because it looks really nice.

Buddleia? That begins with a 'b' and attracts 'bees' and butterflies.

However I have no idea what that plant is!

Looks like Buddleia to me too. Likes a sunny spot, most get quite big, 6' plus. There are some dwarf ones around. Once established you can cut it back to about 1'.
