Kale plants failing yet again

The pots look rather large for such teeny tiny seedlings, a module tray with smaller modules would be better

I've never used lime. I would agree with above though, they should be grown outside, the pots look too big, they look too wet and they really don't need misting. The plants are covered in water droplets, it's best to water from the bottom while they are in pots.
They look very leggy as well, when you pot on plant up to the seed leaves.
