So, this is the first time I've grown tomatoes. Most of the seeds I planted didn't germinate (hope it wasn't me doing anything wrong) so I bought some small plants from the GC a few weeks ago. They started off nicely, but once they reached their current height (about a foot and a half) they seem to of stopped growing.

The tops of the leaves seem to be curling in on themselves. Apart from that nothing looks wrong. There are even a few flowers on two of them. I've been watering every couple of days with general veg food every other weekend (except on really hot days, where I've watered each evening)

I've attached a couple of pictures so hopefully someone can spot what the problem is.

Do you know what variety of tomatoes they are?
If they're Bush tomatoes they may not grow much higher but send out lots of side shoots.

have you repotted them or are they still in the pots from the garden centre. if they are still in there original pots they will need repotting or they will just stay a bit small.

Don't worry to much about the leaf curl, it's not unusual and generally they straighten out after a few days. They are all cordon varieties so will need the side shoots nipping out to allow vertical growth and they will need feeding, the compost in the grow bag will be dead after 5 to 6 weeks.

If they don't yet have fruit feed them a nitrogen feed at about twice the recommended rate, changing to a high potash feed when the first fruit appears.
