      Climbing French beans, and purple dwarf beans, ( someone gave me these seeds), and courgettes, hundreds of them !

        nobody mentioned blackberries yet
        the brambles spread like wildfire - they just won't stop - they won't go away - they won't leave me alone - lots of blackberries for wine and jam tho!

          Chillies are probably the most prolific I can think of, when you think you can get hundreds of them from one plant, that's amazing.

              Potatoes are supposed to produce the most calories per given area. Some of the bush tomatoes produce hundreds of Toms and cut and come again lettuce can see you right for a couple of months.

                Ive found Watercress 'Aqua' to be very productive.

                I grow it in a 5 litre pot with a saucer underneath to keep the soil wet, ive already had 2 cuts from each plant with no signs of it slowing down, I reckon I could get about 4-5 cuts in total.

                More productive than to me than cut and come again lettuce.
