I'm going to look over an allotment this Saturday, having made the top of the list. Sounds on the 'phone like it's in quite good condition and may even be plantable quite quickly.
I'm now thinking that I could start some things off in my little mini greenhouse at home, on the assumption I might be able to plant them on in late July or possibly into August.
Am I cutting it fine for runner/french beans if I get them started in root trainers today?
What about borlotti beans for drying?
I'm pretty sure I can start off some cauli/cabbage depending on the variety.
