Do I have space for another pepper plant?

Below are two mini bell pepper plants (sown inside end of march) Bed is 15"x15".
I still have pepper plants inside and want to plant them out.
How big will the pepper plants get? Can I put another one in with them or will there not be enough room?

I would think you can fit one in the front left corner. I grow peppers indoors in 6 or 7 inch pots and they are fine. The size varies with variety but they grow to about 2ft tall usually.

I found with Cayenne peppers that dense planting led to reduced yield per plant, and was not worth it. Three plants gives 75 square inches each, a 10 inch pot has area at the top of 5 squared times pi which is about 75 square inches, so you should be alright. And it looks to be quite deep. Go for it.

I put mine in 8ins pots which seems to work the best up here, I have 16 various peppers/chillies in the back greenhouse now and 3 more in the front one, average height is about 3-4ft and they are going great as this year I started them off early but the fastest growing are the Hungarian wax and the Hungarian black although the cayenne peppers are doing very well and the Californian red are now taking shape, what a difference to last year where spring/summer didn't arrive til june and the sun is shining now, lovely,(fingers crossed)........

Definitely a good year, so far anyway. My Hungarian Black are covered in flowers, and pods, and one pod is turning red.
