My garlic up in the north east is covered in rust however I dug one up to see what I had and it was smaller than yours so I am waiting another two three weeks and feeding them with my comfrey potion

Has a more mellow, fresh taste similar to wild garlic. Of course it doesn't keep anywhere near as long, but great if you are impatient like me.

Tell you what, pull half of them and leave half, cover your options. The one you show looks a bit green and might still have some growth in it but is big enough for sure.
