  • lycopersicon esculentum mill

lycopersicon esculentum mill is the latin name for the tomatoes.

I got a packet of seeds for free when I ordered some seeds off the net, but it's in a language I cannot read.

I was just wondering should I use them next year and grow them or should I not bother?

And has anyone ever grown them before?

They're my Tomatoes Cariann that I bought from China. They are growing great guns with plenty of fruit. I'm just praying for that beautiful purple colour.

They look interesting! I would keep them until March then sow them and see what they are like.

I would think it's too late for this year, but if you fancy having a look through it,this is that companies catalogue in English, from your picture I think the product code will be the number above the quantity.

Just to give you something to look forward to as I have been. Although they are still growing, there are 15 toms on this truss.

Have a read here and you'll be surprised according to 'Real seeds' tom seeds can store up to 8 years :-

I've keep on using old seeds until germinations gets too low to bother sowing.
