Me again, I have lots of little green toms, a couple turning red, but my tumbling toms are still producing yellow flowers and are getting pretty huge, should I stop them producing flowers now? I just want them to ripen!
Glad it's not just me. If I was growing them just for the plant itself I'd be a happy bunny but I can't eat flowers! (Well not this type anyway) Toms seem to be taking forever to set and ripen. Perhaps I'm just too impatient.
No, I had Maskotka last year and they were much earlier, though not so fecund.
Go on, I give up, what is fecund?
Re Maskotka, they're the best, most tasty, tumbling toms I've grown. They're a must every year now. Personally I've found basic tumblers tasteless.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Ah, it's a real word - had thought it was just a auto correct! That's my "something learnt" for today
