It could be, depends on how much you are watering, if you are having the same weather we are having you would have to try very hard to over water.
It could be stress related so could also be to much direct sun, atmosphere to dry etc.
It could also be a feeding problem, lack of calcium (a dose of Epsom salts will sort this out), feed to rich in nitrogen encourage green growth at the expense of fruit. Use a high potash feed like tomorite if your not already using it.
