  • kelsaes harvested, feel sad...

I harvested the kelsaes today. (I only grew a few of them).

Heaviest was just over 4lb, the others just over 3lb each. So very pleased for 1st attempt.

I cant believe I sowed these last December, where does the time go? I now have a huge empty space in my raised bed

Anyway, here are a few pics:

          Thanks all!

Dont worry VC, I won't be forgetting that!

I am only drying them out so that they look nice for the show!!!

I might even tie them if I can figure out how to do it!

Well done , I'm well chuffed they turned out well for you and it's good you are having another go. I haven't had the time to devote to mine this year but I always say there's always next year. I don't enter mine in the virtual show as I grow to show which wouldn't be fair but to be fair, this year, you and Pottie have beaten meine hands down

Wow, I didn't realise onions could grow that large. Is the seed generally available? (Being lazy and not searching)
